posting it here so I can share it with people more easily it might be worth having a copy of this tab open so you can have a look at the appendices at the same time/ as it comes up in the main text, there's a lot of cool dragon designs in there that I would've talked about if not for the fact the word count/ limit got halved </3

MPG Art Test 2 - Stylised Workbench Diorama

Here's an attempt at rendering it in maya:   and here's the full model on sketchfab:    I'm relatively happy with how this turned out, I probably would've spent a lot more time on the textures given more time; I wanted to give it a sort of papercraft look (inspired by one of my classmates who made his look like it was sculpted from clay) but ended up painting over most of the texture.    I made a trailer for the game:       And I made a bunch of last minute dialogue boxes, as once we'd made the game, there wasn't really a story, and I wanted to make sure we fit the brief since we hadn't actually discussed mental health in the game. It's not much, and pretty surface level, but it's better than nothing. It's also important to note here that I only did the lineart and the dialogue here, the rest was done by other people in the group (Henry coloured and shaded the sprites, and Holly made the notebook style dialogue box with all the little doodles etc)         They're all seperate files, and I had to remove the characters after + correct a few spelling mistakes, but this is the general idea   for the trailer I made some fake screenshots, by screenshotting the game so far and editing it to make it look like how it was going to look (slightly different for the trailer) - I added a lense blur and then the dialogue boxes: ...
